Gear Padel is an innovative sports startup focused on transforming how padel clubs operate through smart, automated solutions. At the heart of the project is the Gear Padel Station — a 24/7 self‑service vending machine that allows players to rent padel rackets and purchase accessories such as balls, grips, and more, all without staffing support. By combining high‑tech sensors, contactless payment, and automated inventory management, the system creates seamless access to equipment while generating new revenue streams for clubs and increasing player engagement.

The design work involved developing a visual identity and strategic communication that reflects Gear Padel’s dynamic, accessible, and forward‑thinking approach to the sport. The project also explored ways to promote the concept across touchpoints, from digital platforms to on‑site signage, to make padel more convenient and invite players of all levels.
